Our Rates

All of our Creative Services, including UX, Design and Website Builds are billed at an hourly rate of $150/hr*. Please note, for non-retainer clients, we have a 3-hour minimum.

*For rush turnaround times, additional “rush fees” apply. ($200/hr vs. $150/hr).

Recurring Monthly Subscriptions

Once an initial project is complete, we offer discounted rates through recurring monthly subscriptions for clients who require ongoing design services and/or website maintenance.

Monthly subscriptions services include:

  • Content populating
  • UX / UI Consultation
  • Social Media content creation
  • Print material design

Website Core Updates & Backup Subscription

Keep your website up and running smoothly with our Core Updates and Backup subscription. This package includes: a monthly website backup, and ongoing support for WordPress core updates and installed plugin updates.

Terms & Conditions

  • Unused hours cannot be transferred to the next month.
  • The hourly rate will remain the same for additional hours that go over the allotted amount per month.
  • The monthly subscription is prepaid at the beginning of each month to ensure time allotment.
  • A minimum 3-month commitment is required for all monthly subscriptions
  • Update and maintenance requests will be made within a 48 hour window (pending size of request)
  • All requests need to be submitted via email to ensure requests are recorded and scheduled accordingly.
  • Website backups are kept for one month until new backup is generated. Or backup files are provided to client (if requested).
  • The monthly subscription can be used for:
    • Graphic Design
    • Website edits
    • Content populating
    • Social Media creative
    • Print material design
    • Illustration
    • Photo editing
  • It cannot be used for:
    • New project builds (new projects will be individually assessed and quoted independently)
    • Hosting or server-side issues (contact the host directly to resolve)
    • Copywriting/editing services (we outsource to a 3rd party for this service)
